Julia Hoxha is co-founder and CEO of Zana, a German company developing Conversational and Voice-AI solutions for healthcare. Her journey as a tech entrepreneur started at 21, when she founded her first startup followed by other ventures. She obtained her PhD at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Columbia University in Medical Informatics.
Her mission is to drive innovation in healthcare through human-computer interaction technology. She is a Speaker of the Working Group "Health" at the German AI Association.
As an AI expert, she acts as an advisor and mentor for startup accelerators, government, and research institutions. She has been a speaker at various events and conferences and has contributed to the Start2grow APAC startups initiative.

Armand Brahaj is CTO and co-founder of Zana. He is an experienced manager with over 20 years of professional experience in information technology, digital health and fintech industries. At Zana, Armand oversees strategy and technology development, spearheading the implementation of the Conversational AI Platform and Remote Patient Monitoring Suite of products, as well as managing various innovation projects.
As a tech entrepreneur, he has founded several other ventures, including his first software development company at 21 and recently a successful fintech Rubicon.
Armand was previously involved for several years in R&D at FIZ Karlsruhe - Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Management from Humboldt University in Berlin.
Zana has an international team with expertise spanning technology development, R&D, business development and regulatory compliance.
