Payment Options

Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Network)

Payment processing
After you have completed and confirmed your order at our marketplace, you will be forwarded to a secure payment form by NovalNet:

  • Please provide your credit card information in the respective fields
  • Once you press „charge Credit Card“, your order will be completed

After the transaction is completed you receive an email confirming your order and payment.

Accepted Credit Cards
We accept credit cards by, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have any problems with payment or placing your order, please contact your order management team at

Accepted Currencies
We only accept payments made in € (Euro).

Different Card Holder and Recipient or Billing Address
To increase payment security, every order with discrepancies in delivery and billing address or with a different recipient is checked and, if appropriate, cancelled. If this will be the case, we will notify you directly.

Time of payment
Your credit card will be charged directly after the order is complete.

Changes or cancellation of an order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (please keep your order number ready).

Shipping
Your order will ship as soon as payment is confirmed and everything is in stock.

Fees
Process of credit card payment is charged with a fee by the payment processor. This fee is relative to the amount charged. When placing your order, this fee will be added.

Important Notice: "Mastercard Secure" and "Visa verified" Security Systems
After entering your credit card information and pressing the „charge Credit Card“ button you may be redirected to the website of your issuing bank. This is a security measure called Mastercard Secure or Visa verified. Please note that we cannot influence the settings of the code check. If you have any questions about this process, please contact your bank. Without input of the correct code, the order cannot be completed. Sign up for this process has to be done separately from our web shop registration.

eps Online Money Transfer (Austria)
eps stands for e-payment standard and is a shared interface for internet-based payment systems. It is used by several Austrian banks like Bank Austria, BAWAG P.S.K., ErsteBank/Sparkassen, Hypobanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Spänglerbank and Volksbanken. An eps online money transfer allows customers to manage their online payments easily.

Giropay (Germany)
Giropay is an easy and safe way for online money transfers. You use PIN/TAN of your regular bank. No additional sign up is required and use of giropay is free. Use giropay for comfortable and safe payments – via computer, smartphone or tablet.

iDEAL (Netherlands)
iDEAL is a standard payment tool for safe online transactions directly between bank accounts. It is one of the most popular payment services in the Netherlands. By using iDEAL, any customer from the Netherlands can use their online banking form one of the participating Dutch banks to facilitate their payment on www.mindtecstore.com.

PayPal

When do you pay?
After confirming your order you will be transferred to PayPal. Once you press the „Payment“ button (after login), your payment is complete.

SEPA Money Transfer
SEPA stands for Single European Payment Area and is a standardized process for payments. This facilitates cross-border money transfers immensely. Every money transfer made through SEPA is treated like an intra-country transfer.

Using SEPA money transfers your payment directly from your bank account is easy, safe and direct.

Shipment

DHL
We ship orders several times every week using our carrier DHL. Delivery times vary from country to country. Please contact us for details. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID to track your package. Please note that in several countries DHL uses local carrier companies to fulfill the delivery. They can also track your package with your tracking ID.

DHL Express
DHL Express is available on demand. Usually they guarantee a next-day delivery. For some countries, guaranteed delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. Please contact us for details and pricing.
